I'm trying something new with this blog, taking inspiration from "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?", one of the first children's computer games released in the floppy disk era, a long time ago in 1985.

Accordingly, I won't publish an itinerary in advance, nor any maps, just photos, and some occasional text. You'll have to guess where we've been, and, depending on cell service and internet access, I'll eventually let you know where we visited.

Feel free to record your guess in the comments section.

Day 13, July 24

Comments about Day 12:

Our last full day in Frisco.  We spent the morning at the farmers' market in Dillon, stocking up on groceries, and then checking out a few gift, camping, and biking shops.  It rained for most of the afternoon, but it stopped in time for our last dinner out at “Pure Kitchen” where we had a wonderful meal including cocktails, shishito peppers, and Thai and Southwest noodle bowls.

Photos from Day 13:

This photo was taken by Alex's friend, Kevin, two days after Alex and I passed this spot on our ride from Vail Pass to Frisco!  Heavy rains caused rockslides like this throughout Summit County and even closed I-70 for a full day.
